This is a classic West Coast-style IPA, done our way: Belgian Pils malt, along with Vienna and Caramalts provide the landscape for layers of Idaho-7, Chinook, Citra and Centennial. Think a dollop of orange marmalade with a touch of dank hop, ultra smooth and full of character. This is a gorgeous beer made with love and a pinch of nostalgia.
