Back in March, as part of International Women’s Day, our brewhouse became a platform for positivity and change, when a group of badass women came together to brew something special through a powerful statement. This was our 4th year taking part in the ‘International Women’s Collab Brew Day’ Project, and our conviction only grows.
The result was ‘The Sum of Us’, a timeless Gose – Pils and wheat malt offer a soft base, with Tango hops bringing energy with its hit of passionfruit and grapefruit. Coriander seeds give a bold spicy character, with a final flourish of Salt to round off the edges. We wanted to show off the raw power of this style, embodying the natural strength of all of us, the women who love, work with and drink beer! A zesty, tart and refreshing brew that is not to be underestimated!
