4x Saison D’Avon, 6.5% - Our take on an old-school Belgian-style ale. Pils malt, wheat and oats form the base with Savinjski Goldings and Chinook providing the hops, and a touch of Grains of Paradise as a spice. Fruity, floral and clean: a soft, fluffy and delicious rendition of a Saison!
4 x No Rest For Dancers, 5.6% - A fruity and smooth red ale, and our nod to Belgian-style Dubbels. Brewed with a blend of Belgian malts including Pils, Vienna, Crystal and Special B to give a deep-amber colour, balanced with Brewers Gold, Chinook and Mosaic hops to provide a clean bitterness with pine and citrus notes.
4x Apophenia 8.4% - The strongest of our core range: ABV expertly hidden with a touch of hops, orange peel and coriander to balance it all out.
